Consultations:  During your consultation, a BodyLase® Professional will meet with you to go over your personal goals and desired results.  Through a process of listening, asking questions, and examination, we will be able to recommend the treatment(s) and/or product(s) that will help you achieve these results. 

Cancellations:  In order to ensure that our clients are seen in a timely manner and to respect our provider’s time, we have a 48-hour cancellation/no show policy in place.  Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels without giving at least 48-hour notice will have a $50 fee* automatically charged to the credit card on file.  *Certain treatments are subject to a $250-$500 no show/cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals:  In order to get the most out of your appointment, please arrive at your scheduled time.  Late arrivals may have to be rescheduled in order to provide the best experience for all guests.  If you are running late, please notify our front desk professional as soon as possible.  We will make every effort to see you the same day but may need to adjust the time.

Refund Policy:  BodyLase® does not offer refunds for services rendered. Aesthetic results are variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired results/outcome, it cannot be guaranteed.  Clients are responsible for any additional treatments that may be needed in order to achieve the desired results.  Unused prepaid services may not be refunded, but may be used as a credit towards other services or products. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Communication:  By providing your phone number to BodyLase®, you consent to receiving calls and text messages from BodyLase® regarding appointments, marketing, and other information.

Children:  Please make arrangements to have your children cared for during your visit.

Product Returns: All prescription product purchases are final sale. Non-prescription products may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of purchase. In compliance with North Carolina State law, prescription products (i.e., Latisse, Tretinoin etc.) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
