Originally from Colombia, Carolina has also lived in Japan, giving her a unique perspective on different cultures. She is fluent in Spanish, English, Japanese, and Russian.

With a background in customer service, Carolina is passionate about helping others feel their best. As a Spa Concierge, she is dedicated to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where clients feel welcome, appreciated, and well taken care of throughout their visit.
